2. All subsequent additions and outbuildings <br />constructed after the erection of an original <br />building or buildings shall be constructed of <br />materials comparable to those used in the original <br />construction and shall be designed in a manner <br />conforming with the original architectural design <br />and general appearance. <br />3. No building or structure of a temporary character, <br />trailer, basement, tent or shack shall be <br />constructed, placed or maintained upon the property <br />except as accessory to and during the construction <br />of permament buildings. <br />G. Requirement of Development Agreement <br />All development permits authorized within the Highway 12 <br />Corridor Study Area shall be subject to the execution of <br />development agreement. Said development agreement shall <br />clearly identify the timing of all of the public <br />improvements associated with the development and the <br />developers' financial commitments related to these <br />improvements. The agreement shall also include any and <br />all other conditions of approval deemed necessary to <br />insure compliance with the Special Minimum Requirements <br />for Rezoning the Highway 12 Corridor Study Area, as well <br />as the goals and objectives of the Highway 12 Corridor <br />Study.
