Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that these be referred to the <br />Planning Commission for their review and recommendation. it is <br />anticipated that the Planning Commission will have the <br />opportunity to conduct a work session with John Shardlow on July <br />6, 1983 to review background on performance zoning and the <br />Corridor Study. it is then anticipated that the Planning <br />Commission will consider further work on this and that a public <br />hearing in relationship to these be held perhaps at the August 1, <br />1988 meeting if appropriate progress has been made. <br />It is^ a'^'ditionally recommended that the Council direct the <br />Planning Commission that their review of this matter is to entail <br />a recommendation on the zoning amenaments needed to the Corridor <br />Study. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by __, that the Council <br />refer the drafts prepared by John Shardlow to the Planning <br />Commission for their consideration and '•ecommendation and that <br />they be directed to undertake the review of the ordinances as to <br />to implement the Comprehensive Plan following appropriate <br />meeting(s) with John Shardlow.
