Applicants have not clearly defined their <br />hardships other than the fact that they have invested large sums of money <br />in this project. <br />Council is requested to review the revised proposal and give staff <br />specific direction to draft a resolution <br />conditional approval as Council sees fit. Specific items to be addressed <br />would be: <br />A) Will the spa be allowed to remain? <br />B) Will the pool equipment building be allowed to remain? <br />C) If the answer to either A or B is yes, is such approval <br />conditioned on completion of a lot line rearrangement? <br />Council may wish to refer this to Planning Commission for review of <br />the revised proposal.
