/K <br />SECTION 10._3 ALLOWED OSES <br />■ Silted. 1. Used within the PTO may include only those uses <br />Land Use Plan'.' Specific allowed uses and performance <br />standards for each PUD shall be dulineated in an ordnance <br />and development plan. The PUD development plan shall <br />identify ail the proposed land uses and those uses shall <br />become permitted uses with the acceptance of the <br />development plan. Any change in list of uses presented in <br />the development plan will be considered an Mentoent to <br />the PUD and will follow the procedures specified in <br />Section 10._.F of this Title. <br />SECTION 10._.c RSQUIEED STANDARDS <br />Subd. 1. ■ The City shall consider the proposed PUD from <br />the point of view of all standards and ptirposas of the <br />Comprehensive Land use Plan to achieve a maximum <br />coordination between the proposed development and ^e <br />surrounding uses, the conservation of woodlands and <br />wetlands, the protection of health, safety and welfar- of <br />the community and residents of the PUD. To these ends, <br />the City Council shall consider the <br />buildings, compatibility, parJcing areas and other features <br />with respect to the topography or ..xie area <br />natural features such as streams and large t-ees, <br />efficiency, adequacy and safety of the <br />internal streets and driveways; the adequacy <br />of green areas; the adequacy, location <br />parking areas; and such other matters as <br />find to have a material bearing upon the stated standards <br />and objectives of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br />SECTION 10._D COORDINATION WITH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />Subd. 1. Subdivision review under the subdivision <br />regulations shall be carried out <br />revXw of the PUD.
