Provide 2 mylar originals of R.L.S. with surveyor's signature, to <br />be signed by City Council and Clerk upon approval. <br />2. Provide one copy of R.L.S. at 1"=»200' scale. <br />3. a) Title opinion addressed to the City. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />4. Payment of $75.00 filing fee. <br />Conditions of approval: Tract A shall be legally combined for tax <br />purposes with E.W. Blanch parcel (P.I.D. #17-117-23 44 0087). <br />All final submittals must be submitted to this office 10 days before <br />the meeting at which Council will grant final subdivision approval. The <br />Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Regular meetings are <br />rescheduled if they conflict with a national holiday. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of the <br />above noted information. Deadline for the April 10th meeting is March 31, <br />1989 or April 14th for the April 24, 1989 meeting. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission.
