Requirement of Develoment Agreement <br />All development permits authorized within the Highway 12 <br />Corridor Study Area shall be subject to the execution of <br />agreement. Said development agreement shall <br />clearly identify the tizaing of all of the public <br />improvements associated with the develooment and the <br />developers' financial commitments related to these <br />improvements. The agreement shall also include anv and <br />all other conditions of approval deemed necessary to <br />insure compliance with the Special Minimum Recruirements <br />for Rezoning the Highway 12 Corridor Study Area, as well <br />as the goals and objectives of the Highway 12 Corridor" Studv.
