Briefly, the <br />Freshwater Foundation is requesting re-approval of a lot line rearrangement <br />subdivision which was approved by the City Council on February 12, 1975 but <br />was never filed with Hennepin County. <br />Planning Commission, at their meeting of March 20, 1989, recommended <br />on a vote of 4-0 to approve the Registered Land Survey as proposed, finding <br />that all requirements for a subdivision have been met. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution of approval.
