The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of said meeting to be published in the Mound-Westonka Sun, the <br />official newspaper of this municipality, and to be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel of land described in. said assessment roll, at least two weeks <br />before the date of said meeting. <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />Dunwoody Sewer, 1971 LS -1 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Billage of <br />Orono, Minnesota, will meet in the Orono Village Hall on Monday, September <br />25, 1972, at 7:30 p.m.., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on <br />the assessments proposed to be made against property benefited by con- <br />struction of 1971LS-1, an Improvement consisting of sanitary sewer <br />laterals in or adjacent to the areas hereinafter described as the areas <br />proposed 'to be assessed. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for 1971LS-1, is all situated in Hennepin <br />County and described as follows: <br />All that land abutting, adjacent to, or in the <br />vicinity of the following streets and described <br />property: <br />Lots 1 through 4, Block 8 <br />Townsite of Langdon Park <br />Dunwoody Avenue <br />The roll.:of assessments is naw on file in. the office of the Village <br />Clerk -Administrator. <br />The owner of any property which may be assessed for special benefit derived <br />from said improvement may, at the above stated time and place, present <br />oral or written statements concerning the assessment. . <br />Dated: September 13, 1972 <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />/s/ James W.
