RESOLUTION #458 (cont.) <br />WHEREAS, the total cost including espenses incurred in making the <br />Improvement on Dunwoody Avenue are calculated to be $45,552.00 of which <br />amount the Village will pay $21,145.52 as its share of the cost, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That the expenses incurred in the making of .said Improvement, are <br />calculated to be $45,552.00, and <br />2. That the amount to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$27,331.48, of which $2,925.00 is to be dedicated to the retirement of the <br />.1963 Sewer Treatment'Plant Bonds. <br />3.
