RESOLUTION #454 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF ORONO TO WITHDRAW FROM LOGIS AS A <br />.PARTICIPATING MEMBER AND ENTER INTO AN ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHOP WITH LOGIS <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Orono on May 8, 1972 adopted a resolution <br />to execute a Joint and Cooperative Agreement., Local Government Information <br />System as a participating member: and <br />WHEREAS., The Village Council wishes to withdraw from the Joint <br />Cooperative Agreement as a participating member and initiate an associate <br />membership with the Local Government Information System. <br />NOW'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Orono, that the Mayor and Administrator are hereby authorized to with- <br />draw from the Joint Cooperative Agreement and. enter into an associate <br />membership with the Local Government Information System. - <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting.held August 1.4, 1972. <br />Attest: <br />Louis B. Cosby be appointed Clerk -Administrator, effective <br />August 28, 1972 with an annual salary of $14,200. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held August 14, 1972. <br />ouis B.
