Although staff is <br />not Convinced that such a legal opinion is strictly necessary given the <br />facts of your application, the request for a legal opinion is submitted on <br />your behalf. You should be advised that the City Attorney is a consultant <br />and will be billing the City for his time. Attorney fees which exceed the <br />normal attorney consultant work associated with a subdivision will be <br />billed back to the applicant, as was stated in your subdivision application <br />form. <br />We expect the attorney's opinion to be r»?ceived in time for placement <br />of your application on the March 27, 1989 City Council agenda.
