Comment Adam Edwards <br />Comment: City Utilities: The water service connections must be protected from construction <br />traffic during construction. <br />Comment: Drainage: Special care will need to be exercised in creating the drainage pattern on <br />the sides of the property to ensure that runoff is not directed onto the neighboring properties. <br />Comment: SWPPP - Sediment/Erosion Control: Perimeter sediment control measures should be <br />installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition.
