r <br />RESOLUTION #443 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS 1970 LS -1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br />1. The proposed assessment for Sanitary Improvements should be <br />and are hereby amended as follows: <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY CHANGE MADE <br />Plat 42280 Parcel 8400 $600.00 <br />43120 0080 881.40 <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoingamendment to said proposed assessment is just and equitable, <br />and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of.said <br />improvement. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at a regular <br />meeting held May 8, 1972. <br />Louis 0 er auser, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Ralph H. Martin, Clerk -Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #444 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE <br />A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN A LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFORM- <br />ATION SYSTEM AND NAMING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE ORGANIZA.'TION <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Orono on February 28, 1972 adopted a <br />resoliltion of intent to enter into a Joint and Cooperative Agreement to <br />form a Local Government Information System; and, <br />WHEREAS, a committee of municipal administrative representatives <br />has prepared such a. document and unanimously recommended its adoption <br />by their respective governing bodies; and., <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed said document and <br />found it to be in the best interests of the Village to be a party thereto. <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Orono that the Mayor and Administrator are hereby authorized <br />to execute a Joint and Cooperative -Agreement, Local Government Information <br />System herewith attached; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with Article IV, <br />Board of Directors, Section 33, of said Agreement, the Village Administrator <br />is hereby appointed Director, and the Village Treasurer is hereby appointed <br />Alternate Director of the LOGIS organization. <br />
