r RESOLUTION #443 A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS 1970 LS -1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The proposed assessment for Sanitary Improvements should be and are hereby amended as follows: DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY CHANGE MADE Plat 42280 Parcel 8400 $600.00 43120 0080 881.40 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoingamendment to said proposed assessment is just and equitable, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of.said improvement. Martin, Clerk -Administrator RESOLUTION #444 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN A LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFORM- ATION SYSTEM AND NAMING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE ORGANIZA.'TION WHEREAS, the Village of Orono on February 28, 1972 adopted a resoliltion of intent to enter into a Joint and Cooperative Agreement to form a Local Government Information System; and, WHEREAS, a committee of municipal administrative representatives has prepared such a. document and unanimously recommended its adoption by their respective governing bodies; and., WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed said document and found it to be in the best interests of the Village to be a party thereto. NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Orono that the Mayor and Administrator are hereby authorized to execute a Joint and Cooperative -Agreement, Local Government Information System herewith attached; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with Article IV, Board of Directors, Section 33, of said Agreement, the Village Administrator is hereby appointed Director, and the Village Treasurer is hereby appointed Alternate Director of the LOGIS organization.
