RESOLUTION #436
<br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING A NURSING HOME IN
<br />SPRING PARK, MINNESOTA
<br />WHEREAS, the Village of Spring Park is seeking a certificate
<br />of need from the State of Minnesota on construction of.a nursing home; and
<br />WHEREAS, the service area for thea project will be Spring Park,
<br />Mound, Minnetonka Beach, Parts of Orono, Minnetrista, Tonka Bay, and
<br />Shorewood; and
<br />WHEREAS, the need for such a -fac'ility is pressing and urgent.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
<br />Village of Orono, that endorsement be given to the nursing home project
<br />proposed by the'Village of Spring Park, but this does not commit the
<br />Village of Orono to any financial contribution.
<br />Adopted by the Village Council df the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
<br />a regular meeting held February 28, 1972.

<br />ON VILLAGE STREETS
<br />The Village of Orono ordains that axle weight limits are restricted on
<br />the following streets in the Village of Orono from March 20, 1972
<br />through May 15, 1972:
<br />The following streets are limited to 5 ton axle limits: Arbor Street,
<br />Baldur Park, Barrett Avenue, Bayview Place, Bederwood Drive, Birch Lane,
<br />Bohns Point Road, Bracketts Point Road, Briar Street, North Brown Road,
<br />Carman'Road, Carman Street, Caroline Avenue, Casco Point Road, Casco
<br />Avenue, Cherry Avenue, Central Avenue, Cherry Place, Chevy Chase Drive,
