RESOLUTION #429 <br />A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE JANUARY 7, 1972 AS <br />FRANZEL AND SEARLES DAY.IN ORONO <br />WHEREAS, Richard Franzel and Robert Searles have contributed <br />freely and selflessly of .their time and experience, and <br />WHEREAS, their concern for the quality of life has made them <br />pioneers in the field of ecology and the preservation of Lake <br />Minnetonka, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire and wish of the citizens of our Village <br />to honor Richard Franzel and Robert Searles for their contribution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that January 7, 1972, will be set <br />aside as Richard Franzel and Robert Searles Day and as the day <br />that the citizens shall -honor these men for their contribution to <br />the development of our Village. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, <br />at a -regular meeting held December 27, 1971. <br />Louis B. 0 er auser, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Ralph H. artln, Clerk -Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #430 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING APPOINTMENTS <br />FOR THE YEAR 1972 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, <br />Minnesota, that the appointments and designations for the year <br />1972 are as follows: <br />APPOINTMENT/DESIGNATION 1972 EXPIRES <br />Acting Mayor Earl N.
