Labovsky <br />is ordered to correct the condition by razing the building and <br />filling in the excavated area, or in the alternative, checking <br />and rebuilding as necessary the foundation, bearing walls and non- <br />bearing walls, replacing structural members which are weak,checking <br />and replacing or repairing the entire heating, electrical and <br />plumbing systems.as necessary to bring them within the specifications <br />of the Municipal Code of Orono, and all window seals and doors should <br />be repaired as necessary, and the building should then be closed and <br />secured or occupied, within 45 days from the date this order is duly <br />served upon him; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:, that a motion for summary enforce- <br />ment of this order be made to the District Court of Hennepin <br />County, State of Minnesota, unless corrective action is taken by <br />the said.Joseph H.
