Labovsky is the record owner of certain <br />real property located at 4340 North Shore Drive,,within the Village <br />of Orono, legally described as follows: <br />r. <br />A tract of land comprising Lots 5",'6 and 7, Block 16, <br />Saga Hill Revised, Hennepin Co., Minn., including that <br />part of Washburn. -Street,, Vine Place and Canal now <br />vacated as shown on the P1a.t• of ,Saga Hill Jtevised, <br />Hennepin Co., Minn., which tract is' described as <br />follows: Commencing at the most Easterly corner of <br />said Lot 5; thence Northwesterly along the North- <br />easterly line of said Lot 5 and the same extended <br />to the center line of Canal as shown on said Plat; <br />thence Southwesterly along the. center line of Canal <br />to its intersection with the extension of the South- <br />westerly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly <br />along said last -described Southwesterly -line of <br />Lot 7 and the same extended to its intersection with <br />the Northerly line of County Road NO. 19; thence <br />Easterly along said line to its intersection with <br />the Northeasterly line of Lot 5, Block 1.6, extended; <br />thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line <br />of said Lot 5, Block 16, extended to the point of <br />beginning, according to the plat thereof on file or <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in 'and ,for said Hennepin County. <br />WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property <br />is in a dilapidated condition, has no water supply, and constitutes <br />a health and fire hazard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT PURSUANT TO Minnesota <br />Statutes 463.16 the said Joseph H. Labovsky is ordered to correct <br />the condition above described on the grounds that the condition <br />is hazardous within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes 463.15 <br />through 4.63.26; and <br />
