Southerly 0-75* Zone: <br />a) Reduce or eliminate hardcover associated with detached <br />garage. Consider replacing detached garage with attached <br />3-stall garage. <br />3. 75-250' Zone: <br />a) Meet average setback if possible. <br />b) Limit hardcover to 30% (4,650 s.f.) in 75-250* zone. <br />Applicants' next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of revised <br />proposal.
