Northerly 0-75' Zone: <br />a) Eliminate all hardcover. <br />b) No cut/fill/grading except as necessary to restore old <br />basement excavation to blend with existing grades. <br />2. Southerly 0-75* Zone: <br />a) Reduce or eliminate hardcover associated with detached <br />garage. Consider replacing detached garage with attached <br />3-stall garage. <br />3. 75-250' Zone: <br />a) Meet average setback if possible. <br />b) Limit hardcover to 30% (4,650 s.f.) in 75-250* zone. <br />Applicants' next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of revised <br />proposal. Deadline for the Tuesday, February 21, 1989 meeting is Monday, <br />February 13, 1989 or March 13, 1969 for the March 20, 1969 meeting. <br />In all cases, the application must be continued with the submittal of <br />requested information within 90 days or the City will consider the <br />application as formally withdrawn. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional Information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission.
