The present <br />location of tha house does not neat the 50* side yard setback. <br />Tha applicant claims that the floor plan of the existing <br />raaidanca is such that the southwest corner would be appropriate <br />for tha addition. <br />Chairman Kallay expressed his concern about tha addition in <br />proximity to tha house to tha west. Ba stated that the house was <br />currently 47*8” from tha side lot line, tha proposed addition <br />would reduce that to 35*7” where 50* was required. <br />Planning Commissioner Brown questioned Nabusth's axprassad <br />concerns pertaining to tha floor plan of tha house. Planning <br />Commissioner Brown believed that the floor plan was not an <br />adequate hardship and that thara wara other iItarnativas. Mr. <br />Ostrom stated that other options ware explored and found tha <br />currant proposal to ba most practical. Planning Commissioner <br />Bellows stated that due to the floor plan being used as a <br />hardship, that tha axisting floor plan should have been included <br />in tha information she received; it was her inclination to table <br />this matter.
