There <br />are several items that should be modified on the plan. <br />Drainage easements 30 feet wide should be provided through the low areas on <br />each lot. Right of way should be provided at the cormer of Loma I.indr* Avenue <br />and Loma Linda (Triangle with 25' legs). Drainage and utility i-avt-ments 10' <br />wide should be provided adjacent the streets. <br />The driveway access to North Arm Drive (Co. Rd. 151) should be reviewed with <br />Hennepin County.
