LA24-000066, 430 East Long Lake Road, Conditional Use Permit and Variances <br /> The City Council is requested to review the Staff report,receive a presentation, and discuss and deny the <br /> request for a conditional use permit and variances to keep pigeons due to the acreage not meeting the lot <br /> size for farm animals. <br /> The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff and the applicant,Dean and Susan Thomson, <br /> 685 Old Long Lake Rd, owners of the property at 430 East Long Lake Road,who applied on behalf of <br /> their tenants. <br /> Ricks moved,Benson seconded,to direct staff to draft a resolution approving the conditional use <br /> permit and variances for the keeping of up to 25 pigeons.
