CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7565 <br />must commence within one year of the date of Council approval, or the UP will expire <br />on that date (March 24, 2026). <br />C5. The Applicants agree to comply with the permitting requirements of all applicable <br />jurisdictions including the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and Hennepin County. <br />C6. The UP shall remain in effect as long as the conditions imposed by the City Council are <br />observed, but nothing in this section shall prevent the city from enacting or amending <br />official controls to change the status of interim uses. <br />C7. The undersigned Owner agrees to the conditions herein. <br />C8.
