Council desires and directions. <br />RECOHHEMDATION • The following recoonendations are presented: <br />A- SPECIAL ^REqUIREMENTS - Incluslon^of a broader <br />Planned Development as an authorized approach in this <br />zone . <br />B. CO M MERCIAL - Leave as is with uses apart from <br />those listed to be taken under a Planned Development <br />ordinance. <br />C. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - <br />planned development - Conceptual review and <br />approval. <br />2. PRD/PUD/PID - Adoption of broader Planned <br />Development ordinance with repeal of the PRO, PID <br />r and MFPRD because greater design control gains, <br />vote required and the fact tnat it is a legislative <br />rather than a ministered act. ^ <br />3. DENSITY - Limitation <br />the <br />in the unsewered areas <br />PUD to prior existing densities. As for <br />sewere^areas^ this would be a density establl^shed <br />by the Council based on Comprehensive Plan. Any <br />Increase in density is subject to the applicant <br />demonstrating there is no adverse impact together <br />with a benefit to the City. <br />CRITERIA - Standards to be applied would <br />included from the applicable zoning ordinance <br />modified and delinated in the rezonlng together <br />with a project specific development design manual <br />baaed on a City developed generic framework out <br />lining issues to be addressed and levels of detail. <br />5* HINIHUM ACREAGE - It is recommended that the <br />minimum acreage be left at 5 acres. <br />6. PROCESS - That the process be clarified to take <br />into acoount^Council and staff Issues related to <br />this matter.
