Please review Exhibits B & D, the amended addition now <br />expands from the southwest and west side of the structure. The former mud <br />room location has been expanded to the three season porch with a 6* <br />addition along the west side for the living room expansion. There is no <br />longer a need for a separation setback variance. The 6* addition to the <br />west side of structure will require a front/street setback variance. The <br />addition will encroach no further into the substandard street setback of <br />31*36". <br />Applicant should also be advised that the variance approval covers <br />only a first floor expansion. If a second floor expansion is to be <br />considered in the future, it will require separate variance approval.
