Development within an MFPR Project shall <br />contribute to the image and heritage ofbeauty# spaciousness and high quality. Proposed buildings^ <br />structures and site elements shall be in good proportion; <br />simplicity of mass and detail; there shall be an aW^P^-ata use of <br />materials; colors shall be in good taste and not used for dramatic <br />effect but in harmony with themselves and their environment. T <br />following building materials will not be allowed on exposed <br />exterior blocks or other structural <br />fiberglass panels; asbestos or asphaltic siding materials, <br />materials that are subject to rapid deterioration. <br />C. Floor Area Requirements. <br />1.
