Oberhauser, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />a arta , Clerk=Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #406 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING -AGREEMENT AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION AND APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVE <br />AND ALTERNATE <br />TO THE WEST HENNEPIN DISTRICT BOARD <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Orono has discussed entering into a <br />joint and cooperative agreem.ent relating to employment of a full time <br />assessor; <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears inithe best interest -df -,the Village <br />of Orono to enter into the proposed agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The joint and cooperative agreement relating to employment <br />of a full time assessor, a copy of which is attached to this resolution, <br />is approved. _x•r- <br />2. The Mayor and the Cler--Administrator are authorized to <br />execute the necessary copies of the agreement. <br />3.
