� °� � . <br /> r o � ° � <br /> 3 C ITY of ORONO <br /> � -- : � <br /> n � <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE�CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`�k'Esi3og'�G NO. � � 9 0 <br /> A RESOLUTION REVISING THE <br /> BROWN ROAD N./ COUNTY ROAD 6 SEWER EXTENSION <br /> ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> WHEREAS, on November 10`�'2003 the Orono City Council approved Resolution <br /> No. 5077 adopting the assessment roll for the Brown Road N./ County Road 6 Sanitary Sewer <br /> Extension improvements as Levy No.15914,and this levy included a 15 year assessment at 6.25% <br /> interest in the amount of$25,500 beginning in 2004 against the property at 2100 Sixth Avenue <br /> North, PID# 27-118-23-31-0024. <br /> WHEREAS,on August 9�h 2004 the Orono City Council approved Resolution No. <br /> 5216 authorizing a reduction of$8,500 in the assessment roll for the Brown Road N./County Road <br /> • 6 Sanitary Sewer Extension improvements as Levy No.15914 against the property at 2100 Sixth � <br /> Avenue North,PID# 27-118-23-31-0024 and Hennepin County completed this adjustment resulting <br /> in a tota12005 assessment of$15,300 for this property. <br /> WHEItEAS, after assessment of the year 2005 principal and interest the current <br /> principal amount remaining on the assessment for the property at 2100 Sixth Avenue North is <br /> $14,207.15 for the remaining 13 years of the assessment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE Y'�' RESOLVED, by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> Hereby approves a reduction of$8,730 in the current$14,207.15 assessment principal <br /> amount against 2100 Sixth Avenue North, PID# 27-118-23-31-0024, resulting in a remaining <br /> principal amount of$5,477.15 for the remaining 13 years of this assessment. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono this l Oth day of October 2005. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � ,� (/i�Q� � <br /> • Linda S.
