The chair is <br />responsible for calling the meeting to order, calling for motions and adjournment of the meeting. <br />The vice chair assumes these responsibilities if the chair is absent from a meeting. <br /> <br />In January 2025 the City Council appointed Commissioner Bollis as the chair and Commissioner <br />Kirchner as the vice chair of the Planning Commission. Commissioner Kirchner has resigned from <br />the commission. The commission should discuss and recommend appointment of a new Vice <br />Chair for the remainder of the year. <br />3.Staff Recommendation: <br />Make a recommendation to appoint a new vice chair. <br />4.Planning Commission Action Requested: <br />Motion to nominate and appoint a new vice chair. <br />AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />247
