OS-3115 <br /> WHEREAS, WJM Properties, LLC, (hereinafter "the Owner") is owner of the <br /> properry located at 2605 �ayzata Boulevard West within the City of Orono (hereinafter"the City") <br /> and legally described as follows: . <br /> . Exhibit"A"attached,Hennepin County,Minnesota(hereina$er "the properry"); and <br /> � • VV�IEREAS,the applicants have applied for a conditional use permit per Municipal <br /> . Zoning Code Section 78-823 to permit the expansion of a paved parking area to support the body � <br /> shop, auto prep and wholesalin� operations previously approved for the site via Resolution No. <br /> 4845; and <br /> WI�REAS, the owner has applied for an amendment to the Industrial Site Plan <br /> Approval �anted via Resolution No. 4845 per Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-821 to allow <br /> • construction of a 50' x 100' accessory garage structure to be located south of the existing principal <br /> struciure on the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Pla�uung <br /> Corrunission held a public hearing on September 19� 2005, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFOR�; BE I'd' �SOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: � <br /> �'INDINGS <br /> 1.
