staff Recommendation - <br />City Engineer, Glenn Cook, r- ’iewed the proposal and found <br />that the proposed permanent walkway and associated hardcover <br />would have no significant impact on the runoff quantity or <br />quality. He recommended that the dock should be constructed high <br />enough to avoid potential obstruction of runoff waters. <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposal per the comments <br />of the City Engineer. A resolution for approval has been drafted <br />should the council wish to approve this application, however, a <br />resolution for denial would be presented at your next meeting if <br />such an action is taken. If approved, the applicant proposes to <br />construct this walkway while the ground is still frozen this <br />winter.
