The fees for permits for the construction of improvements as outlined above, shall be as set forth in the City's Fee Schedule which may be amended from time to ^ Subd. 5. Revocation of Permit. ^ A. All permits granted for the us. of private property under the terms of this Ordinance shall be revocable by the Public Works Director pursuant to the procedure set out below in Section 6.06, Subd. 6, "Authority of Public Works Director." B. In addition to the provisions of Section 6.06, Subd. 6, a permit may be revoked by the City Council and City shall have the right to revise, relocate or close any sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, driveway turnaround, curb cut or private improvement in any private road or other private property in the City as the result of the reconstruction of any road, a change in land use, or a major change in the traffic pattern of an existing land use. Subd. 6. Authority of Public Works Director. A.
