There has not been any discharge <br />from Lake Minnetonka to Minnehaha Creek since November 17, 1986. Creek flow <br />at the Browndale Ave. dam In Edina Is not measured during the winter months. <br />The 30 year average precipitation for December at the National Weather Service <br />station In Maple Plain Is 0.86 Inches. The actual precipitation recorded In <br />Wayzata for December was 0.85 Inches.
