Bernhardson, City Administrator!^ <br />February 8, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Police Squad Accident <br />This is to notify you that at approximately 7:00 A.M. on <br />Thursday, February 2, 1989, while enroute to a meeting in <br />Minnetonka Beach, Chief Kilbo's squad was involved in an accident <br />at Brackett's Point curve. This accident resulted in no <br />personnel injury and the damage to the two vehicles involved is <br />being assessed. The morning was very cold with snow and although <br />Chief Kilbo thought he was operating in a safe manner, the car <br />lost traction on the curve. A review of this accident will be <br />conducted in a manner similar to those of all City accidents. <br />\ <br />O
