CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �q'FFSHo4� NO. 7572 <br /> /2 <br /> APPOINT ELECTION JUDGES AND ESTABLISH ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD <br /> WHEREAS, a special election will be held May 13, 2025 for one city council member seat; and <br /> WHEREAS, appointment of election judges, prior to the election they will serve, is required by <br /> Minn. Stat. §204B.21 Subd. 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, establishment of an Absentee Ballot Board is required by Minn. Stat. §203B.121 <br /> Subd. 1; and <br /> RESOLVED that the Orono City Council appoints the following individuals to serve as election <br /> judges: <br /> Adrian Wear Holly Sue Rocca Leonard Freeman Sandra Whisler <br /> Ainsley Kaufman Janna Sundby Lindsay Freeman Sherry White <br /> Bonnie Martinson Jeff Strandberg Mary Tucker Susan Bro <br /> Carl Borg Jennifer Weiss Nancy Danielson Susan Heurung <br /> Carolyn Strandberg Jill Kunze Penny Saiki Ted Schultze <br /> Cathleen Wilkins Joy Grundeen Regina Engebritson <br /> Dana Sheehan Julie Ruegemer Richard Rohrer <br /> Deborah Houston Kaitlin Thompson Sandie Berger <br /> Debra Cornick Kirk Nelson Sandra Keegan <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, the Orono City Council establishes an Absentee Ballot Board with <br /> the following individuals: Nola Dickhausen, Cathleen Wilkins, Jennifer Weiss, Kirk Nelson, <br /> Sandra Keegan, Sherry White, Rick Rohrer and Susan Bro; and <br /> FINALLY RESOLVED, the City Clerk is authorized to appoint additional election judges and <br /> absentee ballot board members as needed. <br /> Adopted by the ity ouncil of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held March 10, 2025. <br /> ATTEST CITY RONO <br /> f <br /> Christin ian, 'ty Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br />
