When that was presented in July, 1987 the proposal <br />required Orono Council approval before it went forward. The new <br />proposal runs County 116 from Highway 55 to County Road 6 and <br />requires approval of only the County Board and Medina City <br />Council. The only options available to the City of Orono relate <br />to the construction between the border of Medina to County Road 6 <br />and whether the section of Willow from County Road 6 to Highway <br />12 is included. This meeting is not a public hearing, but your <br />attendance and participation are encouraged. <br />Despite anything you may have heard, this proposal only goes <br />to Highway 12.
