Conclusion: <br />Commissioner, the county board can establish the <br />routes by designation. Only after resolutions of <br />approval are received from the county and city, <br />can the commissioner give final approval to the <br />designated route. <br />The city can approve or reject the designation of <br />Willow Road as a CSAH.
