11089.6 <br />ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5.36 SUED. 3 ADOPTED APRIL 1, <br />1984, AND ENTITLED ”AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO KENNELS.” <br />The City Council of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance No. 5.36 Subd. 3 adopted April 1, 1984, and <br />entitled "Kennels Subd. 3. License Period.” is amended to read: <br />Subd. 3. License Period. All kennel licenses shall <br />expire on December 31, of each year. Application for renewal of <br />an existing kennel license shall be made to the City Clerk at <br />least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date. <br />This ordinance becomes effective on January 30, 1989 <br />after its publication. <br />Passed by the council this 23rd day of January 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />James R.
