I request <br />his pay be increased from $14,123 hourly 1988 contract <br />to $15,692, 1988 contract, which is top patrol pay. <br />Officer Thornton is improvina in his work. <br />I <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />Officer Irving "Chip” English will have completed <br />four years with the Department on February 11, 1989. <br />I request his pay be increased by 3% additional <br />longevity to his base rate. I also request his <br />vacation accrued rate be increased accordina to <br />contract. <br />All of the above increases are a part of the labor <br />contract rates. <br />\ <br />\\ <br />Mayor and City Council \ <br />Mark E. In addition Officer Irving <br />English's salary is adjusted 2% on February 11, 1989 from <br />$15,692 per hour to $16,163 per hour at the present time there <br />is no change in vacation accrual.
