The drainage and utility easement serves no public purpose and <br />in the*^present location within newly platted Lot 2, Block 2 encroacl^s the <br />buildin^g envelope. Note that the proposed <br />vacation. Exhibit C, excludes the east portion orono s'^hoeasement that exists along the east side of Lot 2, Block 2, Orono Sc <br />Expansion. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />TO recommend approval of the proposed vacation of t^ejrainage and <br />utility easement as described on Exhibit C based on the following findings. <br />1. The drainage and utility easement serves no public purpose. <br />2. The location of the drainage and utility easement within Bot 2, <br />Block 2, Orono School Expansion places severe restriccions on the <br />building evelope. <br />3. The proposed vacation will still maintain 25’ of drainage and <br />utility easement along the east side and 10' on the west side of Lot <br />2, Block 2, Orono School Expansion.
