The lot line <br />has been revised as shown in the survey/ and the intent of the current <br />ap’^’lcation is to remove the old drainage and utility easements along the <br />fo er lot lines/ which the City would normally approve as long as new <br />sivtiiar drai) age and utility easements are granted. <br />The property owners have granted the new drainage and utility <br />easements. There are no conflicts with existing utilities involved in this <br />vacation action. The vacation and granting of the new easements along new <br />property lines is appropriate. <br />Staff Rc omendation - <br />Staff recommends approval of the drainage and'utility easement <br />vacation request based upon the following findings: <br />1. ’*’he vacation does not affect access to or use of any adjoining <br />property. <br />2. The City has not and d'as not intend to develop/ improve or use <br />the portions of dedicated drainage and utility easements in question. <br />3. The portions 1 dedicated drainage and utility easements in <br />question serve no puolic purpose. <br />4. The portions of dedicated drainage and utility easements/ as a <br />result of a recent lot line rearrangement/ no longer coincide with the <br />boundaries between the properties at 2340 & 2380 Abingdon Way.
