PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OF THE ZONING DISTRICT <br />|i) Types of Planned Unit Development - All zoning changes within <br />|:he corridor will be of the Planned Unit Development nature, <br />rbese will be broken down as follows: <br />- Pl2uin.ed Residential Development <br />- Single Family - 1 Unit/2 Acre - unsewered and sewered <br />up to 1 Unit/1 Acre - sewered <br />- Multifaxnily - Up to 10 units per acre depending on <br />square footage of units. <br />*- Planned Commercial Development - Development of retail <br />and commercial areas including consolidated retail and <br />limited free standing sites. <br />d) Standards Within Each Planned Unit District - Issues that <br />^ould be addressed by the actual performance zoning standards <br />Include the following: <br />A. Site Development Calculation - In an effort to attain <br />protection of appropriate environmental assets determine the <br />amount of the site that is developable through a resource <br />m <br />protection calculation. <br />B. Compatibility of Uses - A listing of uses considered <br />compatible within the established performance zoning. <br />C. "Aesthetics* - Standards for development of property <br />would include: <br />1. Landscaping minimum requirements. <br />2. Lighting standards. <br />3. Signage standards. <br />4.
