Review specifically the sections in <br />the staff memo. Exhibit F, that deals with the background on riparian <br />tracts created by the City in recent times. <br />Options of Action Available to Council - <br />A) To deny the current request of the applicants and to direct staff to <br />amend the original denial resolution presented for Council action to <br />include the removal of the existing dock on Tracts F & G, and to further <br />deny the proposal that would allow the applicants to achieve credit for the <br />principal residence on Tillotson's property that would provide them <br />riparian access to Lake Minnetonka. <br />B) To approve the current proposal of the applicants based on the findings <br />noted above and to direct the applicants to file the appropriate lot line <br />rearrangement with Mr. Tillotson, and to further advise the applicants that <br />the City will adopt the following restrictive conditions in conjunction <br />with the approval of pending subdivision. <br />1. Shared dock to be limited to four slips, two slips to be assigned <br />to Mr. Tillotson and two slips assigned to the applicants. <br />2. Tracts B, C, D, F, and G, of RLS 1216 and Parcel 0003 are to be <br />combined. <br />3. All future improvements of the combined properties of the <br />applicants must be reviewed subject and Approved by the City of Orono. <br />The City Attorney should advise whether a resolution denying the <br />buildabilty of combined Tracts B through G of RLS 1216 and Parcel 0003 is <br />also required.
