Road 19 <br />Hard cover addition to acccmodate vehicles on property <br />Multiple pieces of unbuildable property now owned by <br />Ewald Gustafson that may create additional issues of <br />dock and boat accesses in the future. <br />Precedent of allowing a secondary structure to be built <br />on property that does not have an existing primary st^rture <br />Placement of dock by Glenn Tillotson on property owned by <br />Peterson & Stodola <br />Proposal by Peterson, Stodola and Tillotson to satisfy Ororo City Concerns: <br />1, Share driveway access to property with Glenn Tillotson <br />2. Create no additional hard cover on property <br />3! Combine all property presently owned by Ewald Gustafson <br />with property owned by Peterson and Stodola into a single <br />deeded unit. ^ j <br />4. Deed property defined as item # A on registered land <br />survey to Glenn Tillotson to provide him legal access <br />to the lake. . ^ ^ j5. Pursuant to the approval of the city of Orono and ^f^ed <br />land owners, build a single common dock to be shared <br />Tillotson, Peterson and Stodola, while adhering to IMCD i-ules <br />A.
