Minnesrta 55101 <br />July 13, 1988 <br />:lj j P ^612 222-8423 <br />P-'l <br />I I 81988 <br />hil'! <br />To All City Managers: <br />This letter is to remind you that the SAC refund program is still <br />available to the communities during the remainder of 1988 and 1989. <br />Please inform the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, by City <br />Council Resolution, as to your community's decision regarding par­ <br />ticipation in this program. <br />Under the refund procedure you are to submit your entire list of eli­ <br />gible permits for a SAC-refund providing the following information: <br />the permit number and date it was issued; location and type of <br />building; number of SAC units and amount paid; and the date it was <br />reported to the Commission. This list should be accompanied by your <br />City Council Resolution and a map designating those areas for which <br />you desire to receive a refund. <br />There may be some communities who do not have any eligible units <br />(on-site systems for which SAC had been previously collected).^ In <br />these cases a written communication from the community indicating that <br />no SAC refund is requested should be submitted to the Commission. <br />If you have any questions, please contact either Mr. Ray Odde or Mr. <br />Donald Bluhm of the Pl-nning Department at 229-2114.
