In <br />these cases a written communication from the community indicating,, <br />that no SAC refund is requested should be submitted to the Commission. <br />For buiiaings constructed after January 1, 1987 and served by on-site <br />sewer systems, or for existing buildings that receive a refund under <br />this program, SAC will be collected at the time the buildings are con­ <br />nected to sewer system. For this reason, it is recommended that the <br />City implement a sewer connection permit program that has sufficient <br />detailed information on each permit form to allow for the deter­ <br />mination and verification of SAC units. <br />The Commission will work with you to answer questions regarding the <br />implementation of the SAC program at any tiir ..
