s 6.06 <br />llien upon each lot or parcel proportionately, or such charge may be <br />^assessed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.01 etseq. <br />' I'Said proportionate share is to be determined by dividing the total <br />costs of maintenance, repair or replacement, including without <br />limitation, the cost of cleaning, snow removal, surfacing and <br />â– resurfacing, by the number of lots or parcels, adjoining the <br />private road, and each owner shall become liable for said <br />proportionate share, or as may be determined by the Council. <br />SEC^^07. CBSTROCTIONS IN STREETS AND PRIVATE ROADS <br />'Subd. 1. Obstructions. It is a misdemeanor for any <br />terms and conditions of such permit, and taking <br />measures for the protection of the public. An electrical cord or <br />device of any kind is hereby included, but not by way of <br />limitation, within the definition of an obstruction. <br />Subd. 2. Fires. It is a misdemeanor for any person to <br />build or maintain a fire upon a street or private road. <br />Subd. 3. Dumping in Streets or Private Roads. It is a <br />misdemeanor for any person to throw or deposit in any street or <br />private road any nails, dirt, glass glassware, cans, discarded <br />cloth or clothing, metal scraps, garbage, <br />limbs, paper or paper products, shreds or rubbish, oil, V^ease or <br />other petroleum products, or to empty any water A <br />other injurious chemical thereon. It is a violation of this <br />Section to haul any such material, orcovered, thereby permitting the same to fall upon streets or <br />private road. It is also a violation of .^®.®baildina <br />store any building materials or waste <br />construction or demolition on any street or private ^o®J^^J^5ina <br />first having obtained a written permit from the City. The building <br />permittee shall remove all construction or demolition waste, or <br />soil washed or tracked into any street.w^^( <br />advertisement, or other structure in any street or the right of y <br />of any private road. <br />Subd. 5.
