J <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 9, SECOND SERIES <br />AN' ORDINANCE AMENDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS TO THE <br />MOM-ENCROACHMENT AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SECTIONS OP THE ORONO <br />» MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of Orono Ordains Follows: <br />SECTION I.
