For properties which legally contain two driveway entrances to a <br />public or private road, a second set of pillars/monuments are allowed <br />except that the signage allowance may not Increase per property, <br />however, the signage allowance may be spli^ between the two entrance <br />areas. <br />10. The above standards are intended to apply universally to both <br />lakeshore and non-laJceshore properties. <br />11. The provisions of this section are intended to supercede the <br />front yard fence limitations on non-lakeshore properties and lakeshore <br />properties not on major thoroughfares. <br />12. A permit shall be required for all such pillars or monuments, and <br />a permit application including a survey and site plan, construction <br />plans, and elevation views shall be submitted for staff review. Where <br />such proposed pillars meet the standards set forth herein, a permit <br />may be issued by staff without Council approval. Where the required <br />standards are not met, a variance application will be required. All <br />gateways located less than 30' from a front or street property line <br />will require conditional use permit approval.
