Hardcover is
being reduced in the 0-75* from. 27% to 21% and in the 75-250*
zone from 24% to 18%.
It was moved by CounciImember Goetten, seconded by
CounciImember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2552, granting the
hardcover and lakeshore setback variances. Motion, Ayes*5,
Nays«0, Motion passed.
#1351 ALFRED HARRISON
1410 SHORELINE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #2557
The Harrisons were not present for this matter
As described by City Administrator Bernhardson, the
Harrison*s were vacating a portion of a Conservation and Flowage
Easement that is no longer needed. Bernhardson observed that the
easement should have been vacated earlier when the conditional
use permit was granted to re-build the pond. The Harrisons have
built a tennis court which is located less than the required 26*
from the edge of the historic easement but iS more than 26* from
the pond.
It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember
Goetten, to adopt Resolution #2557, granting the vacation of a
portion of the Conservation and Flowage Easement.
