The project rnecifications allowed for <br />seeding of all disturbed lawn areas. Several attempts at getting <br />grass to grow have not met with Mr. Quady's satisfaction. There <br />is grass but it is mixed with weeds. Mr. Quady is very unhappy <br />with the results and is requesting $1,000 as a lump sum <br />settlement and he will restore the lawn himself. <br />I have offered to continue attempts at restoring his lawn to <br />his satisfaction. Unfortunately whatever methods are used, Mr. <br />Quady would be required to water the lawn at his time and <br />expense. Mr. Quady does not want to agree to watering as he has <br />in the past. <br />The amount requested by Mr. Quady does not include the costs <br />of the easement. <br />TO: Mayor Grabek & Orono Council Members v ro <br />FROM; Mark E.
